We are looking for interns to work in the exciting and dynamic Real Estate industry with a top firm on Madison Avenue. Our interns work proactively with our success-driven brokerage team to market our many properties throughout Manhattan.
We are a professional and upbeat, established and fast-paced office where everybody works together as a team. As an intern you will be working closely with the principal/manager team on developing, reshaping and executing exciting marketing projects.
Qualifications:
• Willingness to work hard and learn as you go
• Ability to multi-task
• Great computer skills
• Great attitude and strong work ethics
• 15 + hours a week
• College students are eligible for credits
Job description:
Maintaining existing and creating new marketing materials for New York City residential properties, including on-line material as well as printed material.
Our intern will work with our team to add new properties and market existing ones. We send out daily emails and constantly update and adjust prices and information, our intern will assist in every detail from listing an apartment, to marketing and selling.
Compensation: College students will recieve credits.
